The vines left their support,
The silhouette was ignored.
They crept their way towards her,
The loner beam was a different story.
The black coils engulfed her,
The support watched in awe.
They hissed calmly, “We know you love it,”
Pause. Again, “You can smile now.”
So she did. Just for an eternity.
